Low maintenance and leak-free: ProMinent(r) Meta HK/AK
The piston itself is made from polished aluminium oxide ceramic, while the piston ring is made from Teflon: even the materials we use for ProMinent(r) Meta HK/AK speak for themselves especially when used in conjunction with the watertight and low maintenance drive. The ring is pre-tensioned by a spring and so requires little maintenance. Automatic after-tensioning of the V-ring takes place under high operating pressures.

....and ensure against leakage even under high pressures (up to 240 bar). Dosing reproducibility is, under defined and constant conditions, and providing installation has been carried out correctly, better than 0.5% dependant upon a stroke length programmed at between 10% and 100%.

Within the limits of technology and application, we can connect as many externally mounted Meta dosing pumps to a main pump as you like.

The dosing head size, material and stroke length of each pump can be configured individually for every combination.

Retrofitting no problem
ProMinent (rgtd) Meta multi-function pumps are delivered exworks fully assembled. If required, however, we can also retrofit on site. In either case ProMinent engineers will design the optimum solution - which may consist of a combination of diaphragm and piston pumps. Naturally, and only for the sake of completeness: the external pumps are connected on the drive side; their stroke length remains identical to that of the main pump.

ProMinent offer a comprehensive range of electronic and mechanical accessories for this purpose - along with DULCOMETER (Rgtd) measuring and control technology, ensuring that you have complete control.

Voltage Control
The ProMinent (Rgtd) range in this area leaves nothing to be desired. The top model is a micro-processor based frequency convertor, supplied completely assembled in a control cabinet. The range of voltage control at your fingertips allows optimum mixing, even from a small signal.

Stroke frequency adjustment
Every dosing stroke is precisely recorded by a dedicated stroke sensor. The ProMinent(r) Meta stroke sensor may be used for batch dosing, or proportional dosing in conjunction with a proportional controller. The synchronised control of external solenoid pumps is just one more example of an innovative application.

Dosing pump controller
Used to control ProMinent(r) Meta single- or multi-function pumps, this developed out of the proven DULCOMETER(r) D1C series. It is a universal controller which may be used for proportional control or for batching. The number of strokes can be pre-selected from between 1 and 29999 strokes.
