VERSA-MATIC Air Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) Pumps are driven by compressed air. These Pumps are equipped with the antistalling, non-icing, lubrication free valve system which makes the Pump suitable fortrouble free, continuous operation.
VERSA-MATIC Pumps can be used for pumping any chemical used in the Industry since different materials of construction can be offered to suit the chemical. As the Pumps are driven by air, they are inherently explosion proof and are suitable for use in hazardous locations. They can handle high viscous media and also abrasive slurries with high solid content. As they are light in weight they are also useful as portable Pumps. These Pump_ are self priming and also can run dry which makes them safe in unloading operations. VERSA-MATIC Pumps can be used for a wide range of applications.
The Pumps are suitable upto a back pressure of 8 bar and can handle suction pressure from 0.7 to 1 bar depending on the material of the diaphragm used. These Pumps are available in sizes 1/4/1 to 3/1 and upto a flow rate of 9841itres per minute.
The Diaphragms can be offered in Buna - N, Neoprene, Viton, Teflon etc., while the other parts are available in Aluminium, Polypropylene, PVDF, Stainless Steel etc. The required material can be selected depending on the application.
