Electrolysis System CHLORINSITU IIa 60 – 2,500 g/h

Output 60 – 2,500 g/h of chlorine

CHLORINSITU IIa is a compact on-site electrolysis system for the production of a low-chlorate hypochlorite solution from salt and electricity. Key advantages are its simple process management and excellent system safety through integrated ventilation and bleeding.

Product description

Enhanced efficiency through innovative design.

The CHLORINSITU IIa product range combines the proven and robust construction of the undivided electrolytic cell with innovative design. An excellent quality of the hypochlorite solution is achieved while increasing the salt and electricity yield. The chlorate content of the product is below the limit value specified in EN 901.

With a capacity of up to 2,500 g chlorine per hour, the electrolysis Chlorine and sodium hydroxide are produced in-situ in electrolysis by passing an electric ... more in the glossary system is perfectly equipped for safe water disinfection.

All relevant system components are located in a space-saving housing. The integrated hydrogen removal system allows installation without additional ventilation requirements.

For systems up to 300 g/h, the softener and a 50 l product container are installed in the system housing. An integrated metering pump transports the chlorine from the tank directly to the application or to a larger storage tank.

An H2 degasser triggers the hydrogen directly from the hypochlorite in systems from 625 g/h. The hydrogen-free product is transported to an external product tank via an integrated pump. The product pump also conveys the product over height differences of up to 7 m. Customer-specific metering stations supply the points of injection.

The external product tank does not require any additional hydrogen deaeration. This means there are no additional costs for installation and operation.

Thanks to the plug & play concept, the system is ready for immediate use. The operation of the electrolysis Chlorine and sodium hydroxide are produced in-situ in electrolysis by passing an electric ... more in the glossary system is deliberately kept simple.
